To appeal their decision, I need to log on, but of course, the password I last used doesn't work as usual and I don't have another 3 hours to hang on the phone. The request for a refund was refused because they say I have had access to the forms online (which I haven't as I haven't completed the questionnaire yet). So I had to phone up to try and get a reset for the password. To cancel, you need to log on and put in a complaint. By this time, I realised it wasn't for me. I used the chat on their website, but no one answered it. I phoned to reset it but was on hold for an hour again and gave up. I tried to log on the following day, but it didn't recognise my password. I started to complete it but was stuck almost immediately, as it's not just straightforward. I logged on and had to fill in a questionnaire first before accessing any information. I held for 45 minutes and got someone who reset my password. I was on hold for over an hour, so I dropped the call. It soon occurred to me I couldn't log in, so I called. Do a quick google search to find out how fraudulent they really are at taking people's money and then messing up, ignoring complaints and mishandling issues. These people are scammers and timewasters, please don't waste your money. They will try to claim that because you "paid through the website" that excludes you from being able to get a refund. login to their website (which is impossible) and try to draw out time until you legally run out of time to get the refund (in the UK you are entitled to a refund if you are not happy with a product or service as long as it's within 28 days of receipt). They will try to get you to jump through hoop after hoop, e.g. 2) When you buy the "premium package" offered on their website for 299, you will get a phone call saying you need to buy their "more premium package" offering exactly the same service you just paid for, but for 499! 3) You have no chance of getting a refund from them, even if you request a refund within 14 days like they claim.

1) These people are NOT solicitors, I didn't know that going in, whether it is stated on their website somewhere in the fine print I don't know. This company and it's services are a clear and obvious scam.
